Overview

Masaood Al Masaood is a business leader with hands-on experience across automotive and energy. He helped transform Al Masaood Automobiles’ service operations and later joined the leadership team that led the company to a market-leading position in Abu Dhabi.

At Al Masaood Oil & Gas, he led restructuring and technology adoption aligned with ADNOC, supporting regional growth across the GCC and contributing to major initiatives — including participation in one of the world’s largest continuous 3D seismic surveys.

He is also active in international infrastructure projects and public-private partnerships, invests in early-stage ventures globally, and founded Emirates Angels Investors Association to advance angel investing, education, and mentorship in the UAE and beyond.
